Blueprint Edge AI – Terms of Service

Welcome to Blueprint Edge AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, website, or subscribing to our month-to-month offerings, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully.

1. Services Provided

Blueprint Edge AI provides artificial intelligence consulting and solutions, including but not limited to:

Voice AI Agents

Website Chatbots

Automations

Reviews AI

Services are offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly.

2. Subscription Model & Billing

Month-to-Month Commitment: All services are offered on a rolling month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts.

Billing Cycle: Fees are billed at the start of each monthly cycle to the payment method on file.

Failed Payments: If payment is declined, we will notify you and attempt to reprocess. Services may be paused until payment is received.

3. Cancellation & Termination

Client-Initiated Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by providing written notice (email is sufficient) prior to your next billing cycle. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid month.

Company-Initiated Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms, misuse our systems, or engage in unlawful activity.

4. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the event of service errors directly attributable to Blueprint Edge AI.

5. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate business and contact information.

Maintain the security of your accounts and systems that integrate with our AI solutions.

Use our services only for lawful purposes.

Not misuse, resell, or misrepresent our AI systems as your own intellectual property.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, and content provided by Blueprint Edge AI remain our exclusive intellectual property.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our services for their business needs during an active subscription.

7. Data Privacy

We handle client and customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and processing of data as outlined there.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive to maintain high availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free functionality, or specific business outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Blueprint Edge AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, business opportunities, or data).

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website, with the effective date updated accordingly. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
